REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES 

REFUNDS

For online orders, you may return a product within 14 days of purchase. This is only valid for full price garments not sale items, footwear, jewellery or prints. Items must be returned unused, unaltered and unwashed. All original packaging and labelling must be returned in good condition. Return shipping charges are at the customers expense. In the case of a full refund we hold the right to keep $10 for original postage and packaging costs. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.

Please note: We must receive the item within the 14 day period.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item please email us as soon as possible to reserve another item.
Initial shipping is free but any subsequent shipping or return charges will be at the customers expense.

FAULTY GARMENTS

If you purchased a faulty garment through our online store we will do our best to repair, replace or refund the purchase amount. The item must be returned unworn and unwashed within 14 days of receipt of purchase. All original packaging and labelling must be returned in good condition and should include the sales receipt. Return shipping will be reimbursed to the customer on receipt of returned goods.

Please be careful when returning your package. Hailwood does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.

Your order will be processed as soon as possible within standard business hours and you will receive an email confirmation, including a tracking number for international orders.

When checking out please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays.

CUSTOMS INFO

Additional taxes or import duties may apply depending on the destination of the package. Hailwood is not responsible for these extra charges.

When shipping orders internationally extra delays may be caused due to customs clearance procedures once the package reaches the destination country. You must comply with all laws and regula­tions of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Contact your local customs office for more information about their customs policies as they vary widely from country to country.

 

TERMS

In the unlikely event that the size you have ordered may recently be out of stock we will refund you immediately or do our best to find you a replacement.

Please also be aware of fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges when converting prices to another currency or when an item is charged to a credit card (a slight price variation of between 2 and 5% may occur).

As rules of customs vary from country to country we take no responsibility for charges incurred at receiver's end.

 

PAYMENTS

All prices are shown in NZ dollars.  Discount codes & any shipping costs are calculated during checkout, before payment.  Orders may be subject to local taxes or duties depending on the Tax rules of the country of delivery, we take no responsibility for charges incurred at receiver's end.

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payments via Paypal. Paypal is secure and encrypted and your credit card number will not be stored. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card using Paypal, just click the button underneath the login that says "Or,  Pay by credit or debit card".
